How does Wearsafe work with my smartwatch?

Wearsafe works with your smartwatch in several ways. Everyone can receive notifications from Check-ins and Red Alerts on their smartwatch, using standard notifications for SMS messages and emails. If you are an Account Owner logged into the Wearsafe App, you can also get our push notifications for alerts from your own devices and from other Wearsafe users who have you as a Contact.

The best experience is when you install the Wear OS or watchOS Wearsafe app on your smartwatch and have the Wearsafe App running on your phone. You can customize your watch face to include a Wearsafe complication that shows you your current alert status and can jump you to sending a Check-in or starting a Red Alert right there. Smartwatch users also get a 5-second countdown with vibe pulses before a Red Alert sends, allowing you to cancel before an accidental tap worries people who care about you.
