Why don’t I see an update for my Wearsafe Tag?

There are several reasons you may not see an update for your Wearsafe Tag SOS button:

• The preinstalled Tag SOS button software may already be up to date
• Your Wearsafe App may need to be updated first
• Your Wearsafe App and phone may be incompatible with the Tag software
