About membership device limits

Individual & Family plans have a limit to the number of devices that can be associated with a single user for sending Check-ins and Alerts.

Wearsafe membership: 3 smartphones and 3 smartwatches
Kyocera membership: 1 phone including SOS-PTT (SOS push-to-talk) compatibility

This limit does not affect the number of Contacts supporting each membership user and it does not affect the number of smartphones used to log as the account owner. Account owners who also have a membership to cover themselves are limited for devices that can send alerts as above, and device users under a single account owner have their limits applied separately.
