When the Wearsafe App first gives a low battery notification, send an email request for a new battery to support@wearsafe.com from the email address you use for your Wearsafe account. Include your preferred shipping address. If this is your first battery request, you may need to provide proof of purchase showing the original purchase date.
Requests are processed Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm US Eastern time, and shipping times within the continental US are 3-7 business days.
